What are the fare products I can load on the Anonymous ATH. ENA Card?
All short-term regular products used for the urban zone, the respective package offers, the airport tickets and stored monetary value up to €50.
TIP: The anonymous card may be loaded with up to two fare products and monetary value,bearing in mind that the first product must be active before loading the second one.

The basic advantages of the personalized card for the passenger are the following:
- In case it has been lost, stolen or damaged, its holder will not lose the remaining fare or the monetary value that was stored in it at the moment they reported it lost, stolen or damaged.
- The personalized card may be loaded through this site in combination with a mobile phone or tablet with an NFC-enabled feature.
For whom is the personalized ATH.ENA card intended?
For the other groups of uses the issuance of the personalized ATH.ENA Card is optional. Nevertheless, the issuance of a personalized card is recommended, because the user may retrieve any stored and unused fare products/value in case the card is lost, stolen or malfunctions.
What are the products I can load on my Personalized card?
Note: Only one product may be active each time, that is the first product must expire in order to use the second one.
TIP: It may be loaded with up to two long-term and/or short-term fare products and monetary value, bearing in mind that the first product must be active before loading the second one.
How can I buy the Personalized ATH.ENA card?
1.By using the web application here, without visiting a ticket counter
The application is intended for the groups of passengers who travel at full fare, the passengers over 65 years old and under 18 years old and the passengers – persons eligible for fare-free transportation (unemployed registered in the OAED registries and disabled persons) and the students of public tertiary education.
Step 1:
Through your computer:- Select “Submission of Application”
- Fill out the requested information (your name and surname, your SSN (AMKA) etc.).
- Enter an 8-digit security code (pin) of your choice.
- Attach a face photo in electronic format (jpeg file up to 2Mb).
(Students of tertiary education also attach in electronic format the photo of their student ID or the certificate of studies)
Step 2:
OASA, by collecting the information of the application, proceeds to the issuance of your personalized card, which will be sent to the address you stated.2. By using the web application here, and visiting the site where your personalized card is issued.
Step 1:
Through your computer:- Enter your SSN (AMKA), name and surname
- The system requests from you to enter the security code and generates a printable code (QR code). The issuance of QR code shortens the procedure of the card
receipt.
Step 2:
Visit to the site where your personalized card is issued:- Present the printed QR code at one of the issuing points.
- Cross-checking of data is performed provided that you present:
- Your national identity card or passport
- A recent photo of you and if you do not have one, a photo of you will be taken on site.
- An official document by which your SSN is certified in paper of in electronic form (e.g. photo of the document by use of mobile phone)
- The necessary supporting documents if you are entitled to a discount fare or fare-free use of public transport
Issuance from specific issuing points
Step 1:
What do you need to have:- Your national identity card or passport
- A recent photo of you and if you do not have one, a photo of you will be taken on site.
- An official document by which your SSN is certified in paper of in electronic form (e.g. photo of the document by use of mobile phone)
- The necessary supporting documents if you are entitled to a discount fare or fare-free use of public transport
Step 2:
- Enter an 8-digit security code (pin) of your choice.
- The issuing officer enters your data and issues your personalized card.
Replacement of Personalized Card
In case your personalized card is lost, stolen or malfunctions, you much report it the soonest possible to the Customer Service Center at Syntagma Metro Station and request its replacement.
To reissue a personalized card you must also present:
- Your national identity card or passport
- A recent photo of you If you do not have one, a photo of you will be taken on site.
- An official document by which your SSN is certified in paper of in electronic form (e.g. photo of the document by use of mobile phone).
- The necessary supporting documents if you are entitled to a discount fare or fare-free use of public transport
You should remember :
The personal security code (pin) you used for the original issuance of your card.
The issuing officer will cancel your old care and will issue the new one.
The replacement of the card as a result of being lost, stolen or damaged costs €2.
