Remarks - Reports - Recommendations
In accordance with the Regulation on Rights of Passengers (GG B 1181/2015), in order for the reports – complaints to be duly examined by the competent bodies (OSY S.A. for buses and trolleybuses and STASY S.A. for metro lines 1, 2, 3 and tramway), they must be submitted in writing and necessarily include: full information of the complainant (Name, Surname) and contact information (email, postal address, telephone, fax) reasons for filing the complaint, clear description of the incident, information relevant to the transportation.

Note: Reports – complaints containing offensive content, with unclear or false information as well as insufficient or false contact information will not be considered and will not receive a reply from the Organization and the Bodies
