Temporary Operating Hours of OASA Service Center as of Monday 9-11-2020
We inform passengers that in strengthening the measures to ensure the protection of the citizens and workers’ health, from Monday 9/11/2020 to Monday 30/11/2020 or for as long as the emergency measures are in force, the opening hours of the OASA Service Center shall be modified as follows:
Opening hours:
Monday 08:00 – 14:15
Friday 08:00 – 14:15
At the OASA service center the citizens will be provided only the following services:
1. Conversion of stored value into fare types
2. Matters concerning mass sales to associations/unions/NGOs
3. Card reloading with issue of invoice
4. Replacement of fare product of an old card by the same product in a new card in the event of failure of the system vendor to resolve the problem.
5. Receipt of a personalized card that has been returned following a failure of delivery
6. Payment of imposed fines by OSY S.A.
